Getting Curious

Season 4 Episode 6

P-Soupers – thanks for tuning in –this week it’s another cup a soup with me called 'Getting Curious' - I want to build upon last week’s episode - perspectacles - and really consider how we can get curious about how other people experience the workplace. As I said in perspectacles - we’re can’t hear each other’s internal soundtracks - we don’t know our colleagues work song - and I’m going to draw upon evidence from psychologist, Sarah Bonner and an organisation called Blueprint for All.
