Body and Breath Exercise

Episode 11 It's a bit different this week - I've had a few requests for a mindfulness practice recording so hear it is - a mindfulness meditation of the body and breath. There's a brief introduction then we're straight in to the exercise. Give it a go and let me know how you get on!
