Blankety Blank

Season 3 Episode 19 Have you ever felt stuck? Writer's block, the blank page, starting a new exercise or diet regime? In this short episode I share my experience of restarting the podcast after our mid-season break in January. I found my mind was producing loads of content which hooked me away from getting back behind the mic, so thought I'd share my experience and use the matrix, to help me sort the jumble in my mind and get some clarity to help me move forward. This will form part of an occasional series - #thematrixsessions - where I and others will use the matrix on an issue or area of life.
