ACT Diary 2020 - my reflections

Season 3 Episode 36 It's a cup a soup this week. In this 10 minute episode you can hear me reflect on how I've used the ACT Diary over a turbulent year. 2020 has certainly delivered for us all on both the uncertainty and anxiety fronts. I've found the diary particularly useful in ensuring that I attend to my own self-care in a whole host of contexts. I'm looking forward to having the 2021 Diary by my side next year. Helping me check in on my values, track my progress and think how I want to show up. You can order the diary direct from the publishers here https://www.pavpub.com/mental-health/well-being/act-diary and you should be able to get it from your regular bookshop too!
