A story about working with values

Season 2 Episode 16 Here I share a story from my life - about how I've worked with values. It's become quite popular in group training so I thought it was the right time to share it with the P-Soupers. I talk about how I translated a value into action and share the associated unhelpful content that came up for me. I give some tips on how to shift the relationship with the thoughts that can be unhelpful and make values a more prominent guide to our action. You can have a go using the list of values on the shownotes at www.rossmcintosh.co.uk You can also win your own set of values cards by sharing this episode on linkedin, twitter, facebook and instagram before 17 January.
